Gabriel Elendu

Gabriel is the Supplier Chapter representative to the IMHA Board of Directors. He specializes in water conservation servicing the United States, Canada, and U.S Virgin Islands, primarily in the manufactured housing space. Gabriel is knowledgeable about anything water, water conservation, utility billing, data management, and the technologies used for providing those services.

Belinda Hutton

Belinda is a Regional Manager at Zeman Homes, Inc.and serves as the Community Owner's Chapter representative to the IMHA Board.

Mike LeVigne

Mike is Operations Director for Longpaw Properties and an expert in manufactured home installation and project management. He serves as the Transporter and Installer's Chapter representative to the IMHA Board. 

Dan Malin

Dan is owner of Prairie State Inspections Inc., Malin Manufactured Housing Training Institue and an approved HUD Code inspector. He is an at-large member of the Board.

Ryan Mantey

Ryan is General Manager of Mobile Home Stuff Store and has been involved with manufactured housing since 1994. He loves being part of this industry and being able to utilize his experience and time to help others.

James McCaughan

James is the Midwest Regional Director for Yale Realty and Capital Advisors and serves as an At Large Director on the IMHA Board.

John Medernach

John is Executive Vice President for 1st Secure Community Bank in Sugar Grove Illinois. 1st Secure has provided over $120 million in MHC loans since 2015. John serves as Treasurer and is an At-Large Member on the IMHA Board.

Julie Rutter

Julie is Vice President of Providence Bank & Trust and joins the IMHA Board as the Professional Services Chapter representative. She and her team work to collectively build stronger and more vibrant neighborhoods.

Ryan Schutz

Ryan is President of Manufactured Housing for Zeman Homes and joins the IMHA Board as an At-Large Director. He serves as Chairman for 2026 after being Chairs of both the Legislative Committee and the IMHA-PAC.

Jill Sidorowicz

Jill is a Partner at Noonan and Lieberman and concentrates her practice on creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, landlord and tenant rights, junior lien defense, and collections. In addition, Jill represents creditors, servicers and real estate investors in financial services and real estate litigation. She serves as an at-large member and Secretary to the IMHA Board.

Jody Weldy

Jody is a Customer Success Manager with Clayton Homes in Middlebury Indiana. Hw joins the IMHA Board as the Manufacturers Chapter representative
